JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Mossad Director David Barnea revealed Thursday that Israel has undisclosed operational capabilities inside Tehran that have not yet been used, warning Iran that it is “always being watched.”

- Speaking at the Prime Minister’s Award ceremony, attended by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Barnea said the spy agency is stronger and more creative than ever, with “very strong operational capabilities, especially inside Iran and even in the heart of Tehran.”
Barnea vowed that Israel will continue to develop new tools to stop threats before they grow, stressing that Mossad has the ability to strike deep inside enemy territory.
The remarks marked one year since the Mossad’s “beeper” strike against Hezbollah, an operation Israel credited with delivering a major blow to the terror group. Netanyahu praised Mossad’s recent operations, calling them decisive to Israel’s security.
The message was clear: Israel wants Iran know that its reach extends into the heart of its capital.
