VENEZUELA (VINnews) – Venezuelan opposition leader and newly announced Nobel Peace Prize laureate Maria Corina Machado dedicated her award on Friday to President Donald Trump, praising his “decisive support” for Venezuela’s fight for democracy.

In a statement, Machado said the Nobel recognition represents “the struggle of all Venezuelans” and serves as boost tto conclude our task.: to conquer Freedom.”
“We are on the threshold of victory,” she said, and today, more than ever, we count on President Trump, the people of the United States, the peoples of Latin America, and the democratic nations of the world as our principal allies to achieve Freedom and democracy.”
Machado concluded by dedicating the prize the suffering people of Venezuela and to President Trump for his decisive support of our cause.”
Machado, a longtime critic of Venezuela’s socialist regime, has been a leading figure in the pro-democracy movement and has faced years of persecution and bans from holding office. Her ecognition by the Nobel Committee marks a rare international spotlight on the opposition’s efforts amid continued political and humanitarian turmoil in Venezuela.

I like her, she has been a grate fighter for democracy in one only country of Venezuela her own country which’s it is wonderful, however president Trump has fight for pease in the wold especially in the Middle East the most conflictive area in the world and nobody recognizes this great effort.
