“In this new age we make for ourselves, we will refuse to allow those who traffic in division and hate to pit us against one another,” Mamdani said.
He also promised support for the city’s Jewish community, stating, “We will build a City Hall that stands steadfast alongside Jewish New Yorkers” in countering antisemitism.
Mamdani’s remarks highlight his commitment to inclusivity and combating hate as he prepares to become New York City’s first Muslim and first millennial mayor.

Stop pointing fingers. This election came to teach us that we mustn’t pin our hopes on leaders and statesmen. The Jewish community lionized Trump and we have a lot to be grateful for. But the bottom line is, these people are all puppets in H-shem’s hands, and we have to daven for our people’s safety and welfare in every state and all stewardships!
