Hamas Participant In Oct. 7 Massacre Living Freely In Belgium, Jewish Community Submits Complaint

NEW YORK (VINnews) — The JID organization, which monitors antisemitism and anti-Israel activity in Europe, has revealed that Mohanad al-Khatib, a Hamas terrorist documented taking part in the massacre carried out by the organization on October 7, is living freely in Belgium.

According to the findings, al-Khatib resides in Brussels, publishes anti-Israel content on social media, and travels freely between European Union countries  without any supervision or monitoring by authorities.

The investigation indicates that thousands of Gazan citizens have been admitted into Belgium since the beginning of the “Swords of Iron” war, but al-Khatib is at least one identified individual who was directly involved in the massacre. The organization claims that he is receiving public funding, moves around completely unrestricted, and is not under any security surveillance by local law enforcement agencies.

According to the report, al-Khatib claims to live in Paris, but is in fact located in Brussels. His photo was broadcast on Al Jazeera during a pro-Palestinian march held in the city earlier in October.

Following the exposure, JID filed an official complaint with the Belgian police, demanding that authorities launch an immediate investigation, identify the suspect, and verify the identities of Palestinians who have entered Belgium since the beginning of the war.

In addition, the organization called on the Belgian government to release full information about the procedures that allowed such entries and to strengthen security oversight to prevent terror operatives from infiltrating Europe.
