The facility features marble sinks, imported tiles, glass shower doors, and advanced filtration and heating systems. It was dedicated by Arlene Silver in memory of her mother, Bernice Orkin Kaye, whose Hebrew name, Bashka, now graces the building.
Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz led the ceremony, joined by community leaders, Mikvah USA representatives, and local Chabad rabbis. U.S. Senator Rick Scott sent a message of congratulations, praising the community’s resilience and dedication.
The mikvah is now operational, providing a spiritual resource for Jewish women in Southwest Florida.
