JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Israeli Defense Forces troops stationed in the northern Gaza Strip discovered several rocket launchers containing rockets aimed at Israel, the military announced, even as a fragile ceasefire with Hamas remains in effect.

Reservists from the Carmeli Brigade, deployed along the Israeli side of the Yellow Line for defensive duties and mop-up operations, located the launchers, according to an IDF statement.
The IDF said the rockets inside the launchers were prepared for firing into Israeli territory, underscoring continued threats despite the truce.
