WASHINGTON D.C (VINnews)— IRS Chief Executive Officer Frank Bisignano said Tuesday that more than 94% of middle-class Americans are expected to receive tax relief under the Trump administration’s recent tax reforms.

“We should expect exactly what the president said,” Bisignano, who also serves as commissioner of the Social Security Administration, told Fox Business’ “Mornings with Maria.”

Bisignano’s comments reinforce President Trump’s recent prediction of “the largest tax refund season of all time” in spring 2026, with many families potentially saving $11,000 to $20,000 annually due to retroactive provisions in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act signed earlier this year.

“You’re going to look at probably 94%-plus of middle-class Americans getting a boost, your tax rates coming down and getting the benefit going forward,” Bisignano said.

He also highlighted the upcoming launch of “Trump accounts,” a tax-advantaged savings program for children created under the legislation.

The newly dubbed Trump accounts — described as a sweeping initiative to build long-term wealth for young Americans — will begin accepting contributions on July 4, 2026, Bisignano noted.

Child tax credit is now 2200 vs 2000. The SALT is now 40k vs 10k. And standard deduction is 31.5k roughly vs 28k. These are facts that are not debatable even if you hate republicans
