JERUSALEM (VINnews) — The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday shared an artificial intelligence–generated video showing Netanyahu alongside U.S. President Donald Trump flying a fighter jet, in what appeared to be a symbolic reference to the conflict between Israel and Iran earlier this year.

The brief video, posted on social media, depicts the two leaders wearing aviator sunglasses as they fly over a desert-like landscape. The post included a caption referencing six months since the war.

Israel has said its military campaign against Iran targeted senior military officials, nuclear scientists, uranium enrichment facilities and ballistic missile infrastructure, describing the strikes as necessary to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons and carrying out threats against Israel.

Iran has denied pursuing nuclear arms, though it has enriched uranium at levels widely viewed as exceeding civilian needs and has restricted access for international inspectors. Tehran has also expanded its missile capabilities.

Iran responded to the Israeli strikes by launching hundreds of missiles and drones toward Israel, causing casualties and damage, according to Israeli officials. The United States later joined Israel in strikes against Iranian nuclear-related sites near the end of the conflict.
