TEHRAN, IRAN (VINnews) — Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian declared that his country is engaged in a “total war” with the United States, Israel and Europe, escalating rhetoric just as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived in the U.S. for talks with President Donald Trump.

In an interview published Saturday on the website of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Pezeshkian said: “In my opinion, we are at total war with the United States, Israel and Europe. They want to bring our country to its knees.”
He described the current confrontation as “far more complex and difficult” than Iran’s 1980-88 war with Iraq, claiming Iran’s military is now stronger despite a 12-day conflict with Israel and the U.S. in June that targeted nuclear sites and resulted in over 1,000 Iranian casualties, according to Tehran.
Pezeshkian urged national unity, warning that adversaries seek to exploit internal divisions.
The timing of Pezeshkian’s remarks has raised speculation of deliberate signaling ahead of the high-level U.S.-Israel talks.
Iran has accused the West of hybrid warfare through sanctions and proxies, while Israel and the U.S. maintain strikes were necessary to curb Tehran’s nuclear ambitions and regional aggression.

Why on Earth did they not finish these dogs off when they had a chance? They just walked away so they would have to come back later? They were on their knees begging for mercy and had no Air Force! Unbelievable how stupid
