The meeting, held Saturday night, included Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and ministers Israel Katz, Gideon Sa’ar, Bezalel Smotrich, and Itamar Ben Gvir. Zini placed the book Manot HaLevi, on the Book of Esther by Rabbi Shlomo Alkabetz, on the table during the discussion. Alkabetz is known for composing the liturgical poem “Lecha Dodi.”

The operation, aimed at Iranian military targets, began with an initial strike that, according to IDF Spokesperson Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin, eliminated dozens of senior Iranian commanders within a single minute of precision fire.

The footage drew attention for the symbolic presence of the religious text alongside a meeting focused on national security and military planning.
