The nine-story, 500-plus-bed Boro Park Center at 4915 10th Ave. was sold by real estate investor Daryl Hagler and his business partner Kenny Rozenberg. The buyer is a Lakewood, New Jersey-based entity tied to Shmuel A. Serle.
The facility has been operated by Centers Health Care and is considered one of its flagship locations. The price marks a sharp increase from the roughly $19 million paid for the property in 2011.
The transaction includes financing from Huntington National Bank, the report said.
