Israeli Aid Delegation’s Home Front Command Teams Assess Damage in Venezuela to Aid Recovery Efforts

JERUSALEM (VINnews)-Israeli Home Front Command expert teams, part of an aid delegation to Venezuela, have carried out structural assessments of residential complexes, hospitals and destruction sites in coordination with local authorities, the Israel Defense Forces and Foreign Ministry announced Tuesday.

The assessments aim to evaluate building conditions on the ground and support efforts to restore critical infrastructure, allowing displaced residents to safely return to their homes, according to the joint statement.

Additional footage released by the IDF shows the teams at work as part of Israel’s humanitarian mission to the South American nation following widespread destruction.

The Israeli delegation’s efforts focus on practical assistance in stabilizing affected areas and facilitating recovery, building on Israel’s history of deploying Home Front Command expertise in international disaster relief operations.
