Ishay Ribo, Zusha, Yaakov Shwekey, Avraham Fried and ElayTzur are scheduled to perform Wednesday, Sept. 30, at Sultan’s Pool beneath the walls of Jerusalem’s Old City.
The concert will celebrate two decades since United Hatzalah brought Hatzalah organizations from across Israel together under a unified lifesaving mission. The organization now has thousands of volunteer emergency responders serving communities throughout the country.
“This is much more than a concert,” said Eli Beer, founder and president of United Hatzalah. “It is a celebration of 20 years of unity. For two decades, our volunteers from the Golan Heights to Eilat have shown that when it comes to saving a life, there are no differences between us.”
Beer said the Sukkot gathering will bring people together “with some of the greatest Jewish singers in the world” to celebrate that spirit of unity.
The event is expected to draw thousands for an evening of music and celebration at one of Jerusalem’s best-known outdoor venues.
