6ABC.com (http://6abc.cm/11gKULD) reports that the offensive jewelry piece was originally called out by an astute Delaware shopper who notice the ring which was described as a “gothic” accessory alongside a disclaimer that said “Not for Neo Nazi or any Nazi implication.”
Concerned consumers quickly took to social media, including one woman who posted to her Facebook page, “Please tell me this is a misunderstanding.”
Sears officials to quick action, releasing a statement that said the product has been removed and that it had been listed by a third party seller.
Sears said, “We are contacting the Sellers to strongly voice our concern over their lack of judgement.”
and the final answer is……sears is to be held responsible for everything they allow on their website. if there was something that was wonderful you could be sure they would quickly run to take credit for it.
