Police found three false NSW driver’s licences and two New Zealand driver’s licences in different names, along with several credit and debit cards in the car.
Mordechai, who is alleged to have about 14 aliases, was refused bail when he appeared at Sutherland Court yesterday charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and 26 counts of custody of false instrument.
Using the alias Jamal Almostafa, he is the owner of the money lending firm Money on Wheels which proclaims: “When all others say “No.” We say yes!” He is a bankrupt, having failed to pay an estimated $60,000 in stamp duty.
Several car dealerships have been looking for a Jimmy Moustafa, another of his aliases, after he leased more than a dozen vehicles, including two Mercedes Benz, a Toyota LandCruiser, three HiAce vans and two buses but failed to make payments on any of them. [The Sydney Morning Herald]
