(VINnews) — A viciously antisemitic tee-shirt was displayed for sale on the eBay website, but was removed Tuesday after a pro-Israel group tweeted about it. However the shirt is still being sold on Walmart’s website.

The group “Stop Antisemitism” called out the shirt, which refers to Israel using heinous terms, and accuses it of ethnic cleansing, apartheid, and colonialism.

The group posted a picture of the shirt for sale along with this message:

“Shame on you @eBay for allowing such hateful items to be sold on your platform. Israel is home to more than half of the world’s Jews and shirts such as this do nothing but contribute to the flames of antisemitism we see engulfing the world.”

An eBay representative responded to the tweet and thanked the group for bringing the item to their attention.

“@StopAntisemites Hi there, thanks so much for flagging this with us; we do not tolerate such items and it has now been removed. ~Jessica”

However another user tweeted that the same shirt is available to be purchased on Walmart. (Hopefully not for long.)

In October, Newsweek reported that a number of online sellers on Amazon were offering merchandise bearing the controversial phrase “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”

At the time, Amazon defended the merchandise as not violating their policies.
