On the evening of Nov. 9, [as was reported by VIN] the suspect allegedly spray painted “Death to the Kikes,” on the walls of the city’s community center.
A 19-year-old suspect confessed to the crime after being shown video surveillance footage taken of him at the scene. Izhevsk is a major manufacturing city in the western Urals region. [jta]
