Novak’s remarkable and long-running career made him a powerful presence in newspaper columns, newsletters, books and on television.

Mrs. Novak said that her husband passed away at 4:30 a.m., returning home after being hospitalized between July 10 and July 24. Novak’s malignant brain tumor was discovered July 27, 2008.

Novak was a central figure in the Valerie Plame CIA leak case.

According to Wikipedia Novak was Raised Jewish, but converted to Roman Catholicism in 1998.

Novak has taken on a Pro-Palestinian stance. In his syndicated column, Novak has blamed Israel for the plight and mass exodus of Palestinian Christians. He has also met with several Palestinian Authority officials, including former Education Minister and one of the leaders of HAMAS Naser al-Shaer. Novak praised former president Jimmy Carter for likening Israeli policy toward the Palestinians to “apartheid” in Israel.

Novak was born a Jew but was not raised a Jew. Novak had attended church services semi-regularly 50 years ago. In the 80s, his gentile wife convinced him to attend a Catholic mass and voila. But he was an anti-semite years ago. Hence he reported that anti-semite Mel Gibson’s movie “The Passion…”, which depicts the last hours of Yoshke “is free of the anti-semitism that its detractors claim..” He was also happy to report that (hooknosed) mob’s Jewish identity in that movie was not identified. A real scary talent.

Novak- enjoy your stay in hell cos you’re gonna be there for a while. If you got a few spare moments do some advance preparation for the former president as he’s on his way there- in fact he should be there shortly so if you could all the security requirements in place. And one more thing, see how Arafat Saddam are doing.

I remember reading many years ago a bio on him. It said that he was in a Jewish College fraternity, but he was aloof and gaivadik. Sadly, the Catholics made an appeal to his gaivah and chasaronos and he apparently lost his mind. I have been thinking about this matter very closely the past few minutes. I am mispallel that just as Acher did teshuvah in his last moments, so to did he and therefore will merit some kind of olam habah. Everyone must learn the lesson to work on their middos because we learn from this case where bad middos can lead. HKBH yirachem aleinu.

Novak was a severe meshumid. He was exactly as meshumodim are. A vehement
anti-jewish and anti-Israel. He consistently distorted Israel’s justifiable positions and was vicious and vindictive toward Israel at all circumstances. He was worse than Carter which is quite difficult to accomplish. May he rest with all the other Meshumodim in a long tortuous gehenim.

Yemach Sh’mo, Robbele! Ironically, the political conservative movement in this country has embraced Israel for quite a while –a 180 from this despicable character.

This is wonderful news for the Jewish community. For those who have read his garbage for the past 30 years, he was a rabid anti-Semite.

He wasn’t an anti-semite, though he often displayed hostility towards Israel. His columns written together with Rowland Evans proved valuable to Israel bashers around the globe. We won’t miss him.

You people make him sound like he was conspiring with the Nazis. He may not share pro Israel views in his politics but it doesn’t mean you should all wish him to go to hell. It was not his fault that he wasn’t raised in a traditional Jewish home. Anyone can pick up a religion based on social influences and surroundings. He grew up and was raised amongst non Jewish friends and associates, though it doesn’t make him a “self hating Jew” “Meshumid” or whatever.

He was still an influential figure in political journalism.
