Washington – Former President Clinton Lost Nuke Attack Codes for Months

Washington – Former President Bill Clinton lost the biscuit – a card with the codes needed to launch a nuclear attack – and couldn’t find it for months, a former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has revealed.

“At one point during the Clinton administration,” Gen. Hugh Shelton recalled, “the codes were actually missing for months. That’s a big deal – a gargantuan deal,” he told ABC World News.

Bubba’s scary blunder is described in Shelton’s just-published memoir, “Without Hesitation: The Odyssey of an American Warrior.”

Shelton claims the story is new, but another military man told a similar account in his book seven years ago that included a possible excuse for Clinton’s knuckleheadedness.

Ret. Air Force Lt. Col. Robert Patterson claims Clinton was asked to present the biscuit so it could be updated with a new one but couldn’t find it.

It was the morning after the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke.

“He thought he just placed them upstairs,” Patterson recalled.

“We called upstairs, we started a search around the White House for the codes, and he finally confessed that he in fact misplaced them. He couldn’t recall when he had last seen them,” Patterson said.

Still talked about around the White House – but neither confirmed nor denied by anyone – is that President Jimmy Carter left his biscuit in a suit that got sent to the dry cleaners.

Just another testimony to the warped priorities that defined the Clinton administration. To hear that it happened by Carter is no surprise either. His intellect was never enviable, and it is now more than clear that his judgment isn’t either.

So where did it finally turn up? In a humidor in the oval office? In Barbra Streisand’s dresser drawer?

Why do I always think of a certain Yiddish epithet made popular by Jackie Mason whenever I hear or read about Bill Clinton?

I reviewed Gen Shelton’s new book “Without Hesitation”. I found it odd that there was not one reference to Israel in the book, in spite of the fact that the first Gulf War (1991) took place during Gen. Shelton’s tenure in the military, when Saddam was launching scud missiles at EY.

Couple that with Clinton’s treasonous behavior, by giving technology to Communist China, that allowed their nuclear missles to reach the United States in exchange for campaign contributions. Makes sense that the lunatic left loves him.

#’s 5 and 7 great comments…I guess # 6 must have said something very bad because it’s gone. I could add plenty to either of your remarks, but my comments wouldn’t be proper in this forum.
