Mr. Bryson, who was found unconscious in his car late Saturday afternoon, was treated and taken to a hospital for examination. Mr. Bryson, 68, was released from the hospital after staying overnight for observation.
Late Monday night, the Commerce Department said Mr. Bryson would take a medical leave of an unstated duration. The White House said he would undergo tests and evaluations.
This type of sudden behaviour change is frequently the first sign of a brain tumor. Let’s hope for the best here…
At 68 he should retire, period.
After he was released from the hospital, he should have been arrested, and arraigned. It is a serious matter to leave the scene of an accident. Somehow, it appears that he received preferential treatment, because he is a member of the President’s cabinet.
