Speakers included New York Senator Charles Schumer; the chair of the International Council of Jewish Parliamentarians, Congress Member Eliot Engel of New York; the Consul General of Israel in New York Ambassador Ido Aharoni; and Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Ron Prosor. Other New York elected officials and rabbis addressed the crowd.
“We cannot have a cease-fire until Israel gets rid of Hamas’s weapons,” said Schumer. “We must send a message: We will not have peace as long as Hamas has power.”
Crowd members chanted “Am Yisroel Chai” and “We stand with Israel!” while waiving Israeli and American flags. Staff members of the World Jewish Organization also attended.
The UJA-Federation of New York and the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York organized the rally.

Wow. What a kiddush hashem
Why do I see more goyim then jews?
The young man in the very first picture, with defaced forehead and apparently ready for a medical exam involving throat cultures. Is he supposed to make us proud?
Thank You VIN for not showing pictures of NK.
These people don’t look like what I think VIN readers look like.
every single person at the rally, jewish or not, is more jew than alterg or maven will ever be.

Kudos to the NYPD for keeping rally goers safe. Paris police, take note.
That’s because you got a dumb hate to klal yisroel, alter Goldberger I think it’s time for you to abandon the web, it does not add to your knowledge whatsoever, you stay square headed.
Shame on the Agudah for not co-sponsoring this rally. The OU did as did Nat. Council of YI. This was rally billed as NY stands by Israel. There were 10,000 people there. There should have more. Why were there no “forum” camps there. Only Zionist camps. Just shows how irrelevant the Agudah has become. Israel is waging a PR war in addition to a ground war. This was way more important than a rally against the internet, which everyone uses anyway. I would post this on the Agudah web-site but they don’t have one. Shame, shame, shame.
