DELAWARE (Yaakov M / VINnews) — Hunter Biden, by his own apparent admission, was renting President Biden’s Delaware home at the same time that classified documents were being stored there illegally.

Hunter recorded huge monthly rent payments of $49,910 while living at that home, according to a document discovered by New York Post’s Miranda Devine.
On a paper labeled “background screening request,” it appears to say that Hunter paid $49,910 in monthly rent for one year while living at the Delaware residence.
It was the very same residence in which Joe Biden kept classified documents for years in the garage near his Corvette. (But don’t worry, the president says the garage was locked, so all good.)

The document says that Hunter resided there from March 2017 to February 2018.
The document also shows that Hunter checked a box on the form claiming to own Joe Biden’s home. It is unknown why Hunter would have paid rent if he owned the home, however Hunter’s credibility has been questioned many times.
Some have observed that President Joe Biden’s 2017 tax return only listed $19,800 in “rents received”, and none in 2018.
Hunter was paying Pops $50K a MONTH in rent for the Wilmington pad.
So either Joe was the most extortionary landlord in the history of landlords

While Joe was VP, Hunter Biden flew to China with his father and raised over $1 Billion in investments for a financial firm he was launching, despite him knowing virtually nothing about finance.
There has been speculation that Hunter was compromised by the Chinese Communist government, making the notion of him living in a private home with classified documents extremely precarious.

could it be a simple mistake that he meant $49,000 a year in rent? per month sounds outrageously high, unless it was something other than rent for the house.
