JERUSALEM (VINnews) — The three largest chasidic groups in Israel- Gur, Belz and Vizhnitz- are set to hold weddings on the same day, Tuesday June 6th, although the Vizhnitz event will be taking place in the US.

Thousands of chasidim from all over Israel will converge on the Jerusalem headquarters of Gur, as the granddaughter of the Rebbe, a daughter of his son-in-law Rabbi Chaim Yehoshua Schorr and granddaughter of Rabbi Yisrael Schorr of Monsey, will wed the son of Rabbi Menashe Bergman. The chupa is set to take place at 4:10 PM on Yirmiyahu street in Jerusalem.
Less than 500 meters away, the Belz chasidim will also be celebrating as the grandson of the Rebbe, a son of his only son Rabbi Aharon Mordechai Rokach, will marry the daughter of Rabbi Aharon Bryef, the Rosh Kollel of Belz in Ashdod. The Kabalas Panim will take place at the Belz Beis Midrash at 5:30 PM and the wedding will be held in the Arena stadium in southern Jerusalem. Thousands of chasidim from Israel and abroad are expected to attend the wedding, taking place a few weeks after the Rebbe recovered from illness. The wedding is expected to be the largest wedding ever held by the chasidic group.
The Vizhnitz chasidic group will celebrate in Skver the wedding of the granddaughter of the Skver and Vizhnitz rebbes, who will be marrying the son of Rabbi Avraham Moshe Grois the Av Beis Din of Kerestir. The wedding will take place in New Square on Tuesday and thousands of chasidim are expected to attend.
It wouldn’t hurt to mention the Gur granddaughter is also a granddaughter of Reb Yisroel Simcha Schorr Shlita of Monsey NY. Rav Schorr Is the general editor of the majority of the artscroll shas, and the third son of Reb Gedalia Schorr Zatzal. A rosh Yeshiva in torah vodaas for almost 50 years.

do they care to see pictures from my kids’ weddings? or anyone else’s for that matter? then who cares.
Could you imagine what would happen in Shomayim if all 3 Rebbes Davened at the same time? Moshiach would surely come.
