LIVE: Hague International Court Interim Decision On Israel Hamas Genocide Case

2

NEW YORK (VINnews) — The International Court of Justice is convening at the Hague to submit its interim ruling in the petition made by South Africa against Israel, claiming that Israel was committing genocide in Gaza. The court will not offer its final decision on the issue for a significant period, but South Africa requested an interim ruling to stop Israel from continuing its war on Hamas due to crimes of genocide being perpetrated. Israel has strongly denied the claims, and stressed that it was acting in self-defense after Hamas attacked civilian communities and murdered, raped and decapitated many innocent civilians.

Did Hamas accept peace before the war? Did they agree to keep the sheva mitzvos? Did they agree to pay taxes to Israel and be subservient to it? A number of Rabbanim have said that what Hamas did and their beliefs qualifies them as Amalek and that this is a milchames mitzva. If so, genocide against them is justified. The question is who in Gaza is part of Hamas and if Israel has a right to protect them, even if Hamas is using their homes , hospitals and schools for weapons and indoctrinating their children with making Israel judenrein, c”v.
