In this bombshell interview, Yanki shares an exclusive behind-the-scenes analysis of last week’s talks among Gedolim and Charedi leadership, regarding the Charedi draft, and specifically whether to make unprecedented concessions.

Yanki discusses the following:

  • Are the Gedolim ready to allow the IDF to draft non-learning Charedim?
  • Why has there been a shift in the position of Charedi leaders, who seem willing to make unprecedented concessions?
  • Is there a concern that if the door is open for Charedi bochurim to serve, it will attract boys who should not be leaving yeshiva?
  • The surprising benefits that at-risk Charedi boys have experienced when joining the IDF
  • Would there be backlash if the Gedolim make concessions?
  • Are the Gedolim all in agreement about the next move?
  • If no Charedi draft deal is made (as Yanki predicts), what will the repercussions be? Will the yeshivas lose funding? Will the Likud coalition collapse?

WATCH THE FULL INTERVIEW:

In the short clip below, Yanki explains why Charedi leaders are more open to allowing Charedim to be drafted

In this short clip, discusses a concern that Charedi boys may enlist voluntarily in the IDF.

Will there be backlash among some extremist groups?

The Hamas and the so-called Palestinian people cut off the heads of the Jewish people, burnt them and raped the men and women in October 7th 2023 and detached the necks of the Jewish people with axes in a Synagogue in Jerusalem, while praying to the G-d of Israel a couple of years ago . These so-called Palestinian inhuman murderers are the same inhuman Beasts with whom we were supposed to live with in one or two countries. It is our duty to fulfill G-d’s Torah law and destroy these Amalekites completely. Israel you must do G-ds will.

No it is not he is giving the reason as to the change, as in the end the haredim stepped up to the plate. Anybody who doesn’t think so, think again. Maybe the israeli supreme court and attorney general should think to, oh wait they don’tn only their politics not unity matters just like when they struck down a basic law the issue which led to the judicial reform protests in the midst of a war.

G-D FORBID that non-learning Chareidim should participate in the mitzvah of defending Eretz HaKodesh!
G-D FORBID that non-learning Chareidim should participate in the mitzvah of defending Jewish lives!
G-D FORBID that non-learning Chareidim should participate in the mitzvah of defeating Amalek!

This is the יצר הרע working overtime to break up all the good that has come about in the past 6 months. We cannot fall for it. They should not agree to anything!

HOPEFULLY NOT!!

The yetzer hora is working overtime to break the good things over the past 6 months. Achdus etc.

They need to be learning and doing what they are doing. The left is so concerned about what the frum are doing as if THAT will make a difference. The ONLY thing that make a difference is if they’re learning and davening like they should!

This place is high jacked by a spammer hothead with multiple screen names (an immature tactic used when trying to outshout others) so let’s clarify a few things.
1) R Kook zl was a gadol held in high esteem by the majority of frum gedolim.
2) Zionism isn’t necessarily bad rather it’s secular Zionism that we oppose.
3)This war is about ensuring that Oct 7 doesn’t happen again and it’s about making them so weak so they can’t kill us. That’s saving lives and it’s a mitzvah.
4)Charedim gain alot from Israel in terms of money and freedom to have yeshivas
5) There is indeed an issue with the army being secular. The non frum tend to be insensitive and a bit antagonistic against religious views. This bitterness must be worked out. Somehow hesder is less subject to this than charedim. I believe if we wanted we can tackle this issue. But it’s an issue. Otherwise there is no reason not to fight .

Sickening to watch how the only worry is that the haredim might have to serve like everyone else. No concern about Israel’s security in this dire situation where the IDF is short of soldiers. The halachah is clear that even a chasan and kallah must join a milchemes mitzvah which is clearly the case for a was of self defense.

To be clear most charedim are against the “state” of israel. They are against secularism. The idea that the state compromises on jewish beliefs whether its mixed events or lax shabbos observance etc. The idea of defending our homeland and that it is our home land many of us agree on. R Kook Z’l was respected by mnay gedolim including the chafetz chaim. Their crticism was that he brought secular elements into the camp because in his tzdikus he thought they’d become frum, however that didn’t happen. As it pertains to this war , we support the IDF.
