WATCH: Janet Yellen’s Shocking Reply When Asked About Grocery Prices

Yellen is offering her strongest public support yet for the idea of liquidating roughly $300 billion in frozen Russian Central Bank assets and using them for Ukraine’s long-term reconstruction. (VINnews) — Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen surprised an interviewer when she completely denied reality and attempted to gaslight the public–by claiming she is not shocked by grocery prices.

‘It’s sticker shock isn’t it? Just when you look at shipping costs, those have come down, global food commodity prices have also come down but food prices still remain high,’ asked Yahoo! Finance reporter Jennifer Schonberger.

Yellen, a Biden cabinet member who is worth millions of dollars, said she goes to the grocery store ‘every week’ and isn’t shocked by the prices.

‘I think largely it reflects cost increases, including labor cost increases that grocery firms have experienced, although there may be some increases in margins,’ Yellen added.

Grocery prices are up double digits percent under Biden as Americans are routinely shocked by the cost of a typical visit to the store.

I believe her that she isn’t shocked by the prices. I, too, would not personally be affected by the high grocery prices if I were a multimillionaire.

This privileged white yenta knows as much about what a dozen eggs or a loaf of bread cost, like Mike Bloomberg. They are clueless. These wealthy white elitist pigs have servants and slaves do all the shopping and packing/unpacking for them. These wealthy white elitist pigs would never lower themselves to stand on a checkout line next to the common hurd peasant taxpayers. It’s beneath their dignity.

Sure the high prices don’t bother Janet she’s a millionaire.. she doesn’t live paycheck to paycheck like the majority of Americans. These elites her getting the real coming to when people finally stand up on their hind legs and say enough is enough. There needs to be a term limit for politicians not just Presidents but everyone in the Senate and government Congress included they can’t make a career out of this crap cuz all they do is get rich and it’s do as I say not as I do.

She probably eats out and buys minimal food in the grocery one a week and only for 1 person. For 3 products, the price will be a few $ more – which will make no difference to a millionaire.
The rest of us, who are live paycheck to paycheck, we feel the exorbitant hole in our pockets.

The higher price specifically at a grocery which is labor intensive, is due to the liberal policies of states that increased minimum wage. All those workers need to piad more now. Guess who pays for that?

The real reason she isn’t shocked by the high prices is because she made them high. No surprise for her.
