New York, NY – Newly released government records are offering more details about the life of one of Senator Clinton’s Jewish relatives, Adeline Rosenberg — and indicating that the relationship between the future presidential candidate and her half-aunt may have been closer than previously reported. In a passport application filed in 1984, Rosenberg, then 50, had the option to name any friend or relative to be contacted in the event of an emergency. “Hilary [sic] Rodham Clinton, Governor’s Mansion, Little Rock, Ark. 72206,” Rosenberg wrote on the form, describing Mrs. Clinton as her niece.

Rosenberg’s name surfaced in an eye-catching 1999 article in the Forward newspaper reporting that the then-first lady had Jewish relatives, a fact which may have helped buttress her support in New York. Rosenberg, who died in 1998, was a child of the second marriage of Mrs. Clinton’s maternal grandmother, Della Murray.
One member of the Chicago-based Jewish branch of the New York senator’s family, Alice Segal, 77, said yesterday that she didn’t know much about Rosenberg’s contacts with Mrs. Clinton but got the impression that it was a “pretty close” relationship. “I’m not surprised that she put that down,” Ms. Segal said of Mrs. Clinton being listed as, in effect, Rosenberg’s next of kin. “I think that’s fascinating.”
Other details in the passport records, which The New York Sun requested from the State Department in October and obtained last week, also support an account the Sun published in November about the summer Mrs. Clinton and her future husband, President Clinton, spent in Berkeley, Calif. in 1971 while she clerked at a left-wing Oakland law firm [NYsun]

1) Carter is not President of the United States. He is a FORMER President.
2) Read Menachem Begin’s account of the Camp David negotiations. Carter did more damage to Isreal than any other president. He tried forcing Begin to throw Yerusholayim into the deal and Begin responded by packing his suitcase. Carter ym”s tried to stop him from leaving without negotiating over y-m and begin told him the story of R’ Amron who wrote the nesaneh tokef and told Carter ym”s that he wishes that would happen to him if he gives up an inch of Y-M.
3) As always, there are American Jews, usually orthodox ones, who are prepared to fight until the last dead Isreali and are ready to vote out of office any Isreali politician who is too ready to deal with the Arabs Y”MS, but of course cannot do that because thier hearts are in Isreal but thier fat ****** are in Monsey, Teaneck or Kew Garden Hills.
Don’t blame Bush for an Isreali gov’t that is ready to give up Y-M (especially Meah Sha’arim, Geula, Har Nof, Bayit Vegan and Matasdorf etc.).
El Presidente Madam Clinton will do no more for us than she thinks she has to do to satisfy the Jewish liberals, which in the case of Isreal means giving up Isreal because it is too Jewish anyway.
4) I did not write that Bush was the best President for Isreal. I very much doubt that to be true. Several presidents can make that claim for various reasons.
Nixon saved Isreal’s behind with the airlift of weapons in ’73 but he did it to stick it to the Russians. There is evidence that he was more than a little bigotted against us.
Reagan didn’t say ‘Booo’ when Isreal bombed the Iraqi nuclear reactor but sold AWACs to Saudi Arabia and compared the bombing of Beirut to the Holocaust. (When he said that to Begin, Begin replied ‘Don’t try to tell me what is a Holocaust and hung up on him. Reagan had been shown a picture of a girl with no arms standing in the rubble of her (supposed) home. Turns out she had arms she was wearing an adult-sized jacket and had pulled her arms inside so the sleeves were hanging loose.)
None of them were perfect but guess what? They were all elected to be POTUS, not of Isreal and with the exception of Carter ym”s most have done a decent balancing act.

President Bush has not advocated any more sacrifice by Isreal than has the Gov’t of Isreal.
Mrs. Bubba has not sold out Isreal because she has not yet found doing so to work in her favor.
Please don’t forget that Bubba refused to the last day to pardon or commute the prison term of Jonathan Pollard.

I am hardly his greatest fan and have plenty of criticism for our president but out of respect for the office one should not hurl insults at the POTUS and certainly no at this one who if nothing has core values, even if we sometimes disagree with them. Ms. Rodham Clinton and her husband have one core value: Get power at all costs. Say anything, do anything, hurt anyone, lie about anything, anywhere to anyone at any time, just get POWER!
If she’s Jewish, she has a merciful heart, but as a secular Jew, her mercy is towards criminals and terrorists. Thus she’s worse than a non-Jew for President.
