Emergency services spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra identified the girl as Sara, daughter of Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades commander Mohammed Deif.
The six-storey building in central Gaza City was totally destroyed when several Israeli missiles slammed into it late on Tuesday.
But the Brigades said Deif had escaped the attack, the sixth Israeli assassination attempt in his decades’ long career.
Deif’s second wife, 27-year-old Widad and seven-month-old son Ali were buried in the Jabaliya refugee camp on Wednesday to the chants of revenge from several thousand furious mourners.
hopefully, the fact that they are still digging through the rubble 2 days later indicates that they still haven’t located deif …
Hamas, mess with Israel at your own peril.
While all death of innocent life is horrendous, they only have themselves to blame. Instead of acknowledging Israel they refuse, and shoot rockets at them. Well this is what happens. They should be chanting for revenge against Hamas not Israel. The father of this family is a criminal and murderer and yes because of his choices he is the one that killed his family. Not the Israelis. Apparently this isn’t his first marriage. His next wife should realize association with murders has a terrible end. I surmise that most intelligent gazans realize Hamas is a poision for them, however they dare not say this because they like having their head attached to the rest of their body!
IF – and its a big IF – this is a legitimate story, it is very sad. The death of a small child is always a tragedy. Lets hope that she passed on before her mind could be poisoned by her parents and while she still was innocent.
Maybe they’ll find Tati.
they want to kill us even without the attempted assassinations, so how much better it will be if we continue to rid ourselves of these murders…
Am I the only one here who feels terrible about the child? Assuming this is a true story, of course.
