Hackensack, NJ – uthorities say an SUV hit a snowbank along a guardrail, catapulting the vehicle 60 feet off a New Jersey bridge. The SUV landed upright, and the two occupants suffered only minor injuries.

The Toyota Rav4 was headed east on Interstate 80 when the accident occurred at around 7:15 a.m. Friday in Hackensack.
City Police Director Michael Mordaga tells The Record (http://bit.ly/1KSlzcr ) newspaper that the driver swerved after her vehicle was cut off and hit a snowbank along a guardrail, which launched the vehicle over the bridge.
The SUV landed upright beneath the Hackensack River bridge. The SUV missed falling in the river by about 40 feet.
Firefighters rescued the women. Police say they were taken to a hospital complaining of neck and back pain.
