The 28-year-old told the parole board 10 minutes before his case was to begin that he is waiving his right to his hearing for confidential reasons.

Bulphred was released in May after serving two-thirds of his 7 year sentence.

He was thrown back in prison after allegedly threatening another inmate with a knife, at their halfway house.

Parole board commissioners said they still want to revoke Bulphred’s parole and requested his file be re-analyzed.

Bulphred and co-conspirator Azim Ibragimov were convicted of setting a fire at the Skver-Toldos Orthodox Jewish Boys School in Outremont, in September 2006 and trying to torch Snowdon’s Ben Weider Community Centre in 2007.

“Bull-Fred” Omar is a convicted terrorist criminal and should serve his full sentence plus additional time for threatening his roommate at the halfway house. Coddling those criminals never had any positive results.
