    The owner of a upscale women’s clothing factory has been charged for five fires at his plant since 1989, he is accused of using the five fires to fraudulently obtain $9 million from insurance firms, and in another scheme, to cheat creditors out of $2.5 million. He faces a minimum of 10 years in prison if convicted of the most serious charges.
    The factory owner said that the fires happen due to the cloth, not fraud cloth could easily catch fire.
