Owner of Frank’s School Bus Transportation Fleet Is Held for forging registration and inspection stickers on half of its 76 buses, the police said.

PD Arrested yesterday the owner of Franks School Transport, in the vicinty of E 125 St. and 2nd Ave, After an investigation disclosed that the bus company was operating with out proper registration, inspection or insurance on 26 of the company’s 75 buses. Franks provides daily bus service to 14 private schools within the borough of Manhattan. The investigation was a joint operation, that included the N.Y.P.D., investigators from the D.O.T. the D.M.V. and N.Y.P.D. Auto Crime. Investigation ongoing arrested: Patrick J.
