The seminar, "How to Address Security for Us and Our Institutions," will run from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Rockland Community College Cultural Arts Center, 145 College Road, Ramapo. The speakers will include Sheriff James Kralik, South Nyack-Grand View Police Chief Robert Van Cura, and Sheriff's Officer Shlomo Koenig. Kralik oversees the county's anti-terrorism preparedness.
