Police say the package was seen in the stairwell that leads to the plaza next to the library. The Westchester County Police Bomb Squad is on the scene. [VIN]

The Bomb Squad exploded a container of liquid on the suitcase to make safe any explosives that could have been inside.
The package turned out to be a suitcase full of clothing and some personal items.
