    i was told that sprint uses verizon lines and if this is true it is still cheaper to go with sprint. They offer all incoming free and offer calling home even a l;andline for free. can anyone veify this

    Verizon offers free from a home phone to cell and vise versa ONLY if you “bundle” your home, internet and cell phone to VERIZON.

    Also by doing paper free billing you will save an additional 10.00 a month.

    the 99.99 is a gimick and verizon is not stupid. Verizon did plenty of MAth and realized most pepole DO NOT need the “unlimited” plan because for the 69.99 to the 99.00 family share plan 80% of users do not go over their minutes.

    Verizon will make a killing on this and their stock will go up a bit because of the frenzy.

    This verizon deal is temporary as of now according to Verizon unless they see massive headwaves.

    Also these new plans are NOT FAMILY PLANS. 99.99 is per phone and does not include anything like text, vcast, or navigation.

    If you want the basics you will end up spending 139.99 per line and by the time your done with taxes your monthly bill for ONE phone is apx 169.99!!

    The best thing for most people is to get or stay on the family share plan or get ONE verizon and ONE at&t phone. OR The second phone should be the cheapest plan you can get (39.99) with same company and you will get FREE verizon to verion anyway.

    Unless your such a big mouth and talk all day then get two phones at the 99.99 each etc

    I switched to sprint bec of the great deals the heimishe stores were offering, this was the biggest mistake I made. The service is terrible, I miss alot of calls and alot of times I can’t get calls to go through if I don’t put on roaming. I’m out of sprint as soon as my contract is up!!

    I am a loyal sprint customer but facts are;
    1, Sprint is most likely to not work well outsine NYC.
    2, This may end up costing more because the companies focus on revenues, they are more excited by $99 than $39 regardless of minutes used. I will bet tht most people do not need this plan. I use a plan that after taxes is less than 90 for 2 phones.
