Crown Heights, NY – As the NYPD where hunting for a suspect in a charged assault on the black son of a cop. officers bursted Tuesday night into a Hasidic family in Crown Heights Eastern Parkway apartment, searched the home and arrested the suspected attacker’s 20-year-old brother, Aron Ezagui.

The NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau has announced they will not investigate the allegations that cops broke into the home without a warrant.

Ezagui told The Post he had just come from a deli when he heard loud banging and people identifying themselves as police. Instead of opening the door, he turned on a camcorder.

“I don’t know what they’ll do to me,” said Ezagui, who was in the apartment with his mother, 9-year-old sister and possibly others.

In a Post reporter’s review of the tape, police shout, “One more time and it’s coming down.”

Seconds later, more than a dozen cops charged into the apartment carrying flashlights.

Once inside, police asked whether there was “a hostage.” The man replied, “Do you have a warrant?”

Ezagui was taken to the 71st Precinct and charged with obstructing governmental administration, but the Brooklyn DA’s Office declined to prosecute.

Cops are still searching for two people believed involved in the beating. The Civilian Complaint Review Board is continuing to probe the family’s allegations. Police said they are not treating the beating as a bias crime. [NYpost]

Based on interviews with residents, investigators said they believed the assailants might belong to a volunteer community group known as Crown Heights Shmira Patrol, a law enforcement official said. The group, made up mostly of Hasidic men, is not affiliated with the Police Department, and the department had no official roster of its members, the official said.

In an interview, Yossi Stern, the group’s director, said that the group had hundreds of volunteers, and he could not say if any had been involved in the attack.

“Everyone is speculating on an incident that happened, and no one has clear facts as to what happened,” said Mr. Stern, who said the group did not condone violence.

“We don’t carry anything but our mouths and our minds,” he said. “And we do our best to be eyes and ears for the police to keep the community safe.” [NYtimes]

New York “Sheeple” have no rights worth respecting, it seems. As a Jewess in the US, I would like to remind everyone that criminals are stopped by FIREARMS, not by talk. And that America wasn’t won with a registered gun! That is why all REAL Americans put our 2nd Amendment FIRST! The prettiest sight n the world in NYC in your rear-view mirror! Move OUT!

the question is who sent the cops to ezagui’s house and the answer is that it was shomrim members who are in a bitter fight with shmira members, those poeple who claim they are there to protect the community are busy going and “maasering” on other in theor own community shame on them
