Manhattan, NY – NYPD ESU and FDNY are all on the scene at the World Financial Center at 250 Vesey Street and West Street for a fully extended 50 feet cherry picker that had toppled over and seriously injured 2 window washers which are likely to die. NYPD requesting to put a rush on EMS to respond forthwith to the scene for the two aided in traumatic arrest.
No other persons pinned or injured at this time.
