Manhattan Beach is an extremely dangereous area to drive in. You have characters like suspect, 23-year-old Anthony Garcia driving like maniacs. This is not the first Yid to be killed there.

I am a resident from Manhattan Beach and usually when the warm weather starts to hit Manhattan Beach becomes filled with Teenagers that drive like crazy. We have so many accidents happening here and because of kingsborough being here and a public beach it gets crazier. Why should the people who pay Millions for their property have to live in such environments.

Suspended license makes me think previous DUI/DWI convictions. Drive drunk, kill somebody, run away, face lesser charges later.
