    Albany, NY – The latest poll shows Democrat Andrew Cuomo with a 20-point lead over Republican Carl Paladino days before the election of New York’s next governor.

    The Quinnipiac (KWIHN’-uh-pee-ak) University poll of likely voters shows Cuomo’s lead at 55 percent to 35 percent, with 11 percent saying they might change their minds before Election Day on Tuesday. Another 7 percent remain undecided.

    On Oct. 7, the Quinnipiac poll found Cuomo had a 55 percent to 37 percent lead, but Paladino’s disapproval ratings have continued to rise.

    The poll questioned 673 likely voters Oct. 18-24 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.8 points.

    Forget the polls, go out and vote your conscience. If you vote for someone because the polls say they are ahead, you are wasting your time!

    You want more taxes and bigger govt with more regulations, by all means vote for a democrat. If you are sick of high taxes and big govt, vote Conservative!
