New York – A Jewish group garnered 10,000 signatures on a petition asking Fox News Channel to fire political commentator Glenn Beck.

Jewish Funds for Justice attempted to deliver the petition on Jan. 13 to the Manhattan headquarters of News Corp., Fox’s parent company, run by Rupert Murdoch. Security would not let JFSJ president Simon Greer into the building, and so he pledged to mail in the petition.
JFSJ has clashed with the talk show provocateur ever since Beck said the term “social justice” leads to Nazism last year. It launched the petition after Beck’s sustained attack on liberal financier George Soros in November, in which Beck suggested without evidence that Soros, a Holocaust survivor, had collaborated with the Nazis.
10,000 Signatures and guarantee they are all leftists; why because they started this after going after George Nazi Soros. it is good that Beck is pro-Israel, especially since he has such a large following in this country. I must tell you that I have tuned to Mr. Becks show quite a few times, and I have never found the consistency and truthfulness of his show to be of any value. I would like to give the man more credit, but I can only tune in for about 2-4 minutes or less. Watching him is like reading a D+ history paper and giving it all your day. I am a liberal, I can watch O’reilly and the others. Greta is great. But Mr. Beck is a D+ kind of guy whose only credit is that he does make you remember a few people from the past.
why are so many comments here saying that the signers of the petition are not really jewish, or that the group is not a jewish group? they are just as jewish as anyone else on this site. disagree with the message of the petition or their politics, or support Glen Beck- okay. but i’ve met some people in this group before- they are proud jews, not self-hating, and some are actually shomer shabbos/kosher. they are just leftists. (many jews are and have been)

My problem with Glenn is, he doesn’t go far enough. Call me a birther if you’d like, but Beck without any reason dismisses us as nuts. I have never understood why Obama would spend millions in legal fees to keep his documents sealed.
