Brooklyn, NY – Feds Drop Charges Against Man In Alleged Plot

    22

Brooklyn, NY – The United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York released Jacob Vizel, the 54 year old Chasidic father of seven who was charged with trying to kill an unknown man in order to collect on his insurance policy.

Vizel, who has been under house arrest for the past three months, was arrested by the FBI in October 2010 after an undercover informant reportedly recorded Vizel arranging a murder for hire scheme that involved poisoning the unknown man by placing sleeping pills in his coffee.

While Vizel claimed to be innocent all along, the FBI has been pursuing a case against him since October. A motion to drop all charges was filed last Friday due to a lack of evidence against Vizel, and the U.S. Attorney announced that all charges against Vizel have been dropped.

What now jew bashers? No evidence? Obviously there was nothing to begin with! Entrapment was probably the goal, like by rubashkin. You arrest on one charge, force him to break a law, (which is out of his control) then charge him on the one caused by the govt!

    Thank G-d, Good News.
    Thank G-d, Good News,
Thank G-d Al-Mighty, Finally Good News At Last !!!!!
Prosecutors never want to drop ALL charges. To save face, they’ll proceed with prosecution even if it’s only for jaywalking. If the Feds (FBI, US Attorney, etc.) dropped the charges, it’s because they had nothing, zero, zilch, etc., etc.
Our man is NOT GUILTY. Period.
    Thank G-d Good News !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Boruch Hashem.
you cant mess(or should you) with the feds. or any other law enforcement agency.
a lot of them are scum, they will do anything -anything to get an indictment.
And for those of you you that are naive not to believe this, ask any lawyer, who was a former federal prosecutor,or any prosecutor at that. I did.
Anyone remember that famous Texas Ranger ( or the Canadian Mounties) motto” we always get our man” it certainly applies to the feds.
And another thing,if you think that your own lawyer( if need be) wont give you up,or give confidential info to the feds ( even though there are laws against this) if the feds, have a hard case that they have to crack, and they need a little help from their “friends” they will get it ,one way or another.
Think this is a fairy tale? if so, boy are you in for a wake up call.
They did this to a friend of mine. nuff said.

I didnt comment in a while due to the lack of time, but now I just couldn’t resist, I have to say that we c here a clear and tipacal case where someone is acused of wrong doing and everyone judges him rite away and then it comes out to be nothing. I think we should all learn from this story “How to be melamied zechus” on a fellow Jew. (And let’s not forget that the mitzva of limud zechus applies “ONLY” and I say again “ONLY” when it appears as if he is worng). Hope we learn a lesson! Have a great day!
