The group says that Israeli snack company Osem teaming up with the organization JNF to support the Sderot Indoor Rec Center, is not Kosher.

Earlier this year Osem announced that every bag sold from July 5 through August 30, 2011 a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center.

While protesting on Lee Ave, they burned bags of Osem snacks.

Didn’t they have to buy the product to burn, thereby supporting the Zionist company? Are they going to throw out all products in their houses from Osem and like companies?

If he has a microphone, why is he yelling?
Maybe Ahmadinejad could give them a lesson on eerily calm public speaking…

Wouldn’t it be better to donate the food to needy hungry families, or are they so rich they don’t care to burn food and laugh in the face of less-privileged people in Williamsburg?

Haven’t these morons heard of ‘Baal Tashchis’. I would have thought rather than the food going to waste in the fire, they could have sent it to their beloved Iran or Palestine to help feed and nourish some young little future suicide bombers,

This is beyond a shanda in the eyes of the goyim. My only regret is that the police brutality they complain about at the end of the video clip was not directed at the NK meshugaaim. These dreche deserve the worst possible outcome that the Ebeshter is capable of rendering. They say a L’amnatzech at the end of the video praying for the destruction of EY. I wish instead we were hearing a k’ale moleh rach’amim in memory of the vile human beings shown in this video.

On the one hand we read and see the Achdus that this pure Neshomo Leiby z”l brought to Klal Yisroel and the Pirud that these empty heads are creating. The words of Chazal are so true, Megalgelin Z’Chus al yedei Zakei (Leiby Kletzky z”l) V’Chov al yedei Chovo (these individuals who have nothing to do with their lives).

Great idea. Burn more. Buy cases and burn them. in fact you should make it your full time occupation. Then, you can jump in the fire with the rest of your nutcase friends

They should open up their wallets and burn any US Currency they have in there – since it also goes to support the State of Israel…

And just wondering – where do they get their lulavim from?
And are their talleisim and tefillin made locally in brooklyn?

Neturei Karta are a bunch of Zionists. They need the state to validate their empty lives. They most definitely don’t want “the peaceful dismantling of the State of Israel” as they would have nothing to do all day.

A Sad sad sad group of societies misfits. (I lived down the road from Torah Ve’Yirah for may years)

    From JNF.org:
“For every bag sold from July 5 through August 30, 2011 a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center. Please see list below for stores that carry Osem throughout the United States.”

How many bags or boxes did Wiess and Feldman purchase?!

Thanks VIN for posting this Ozem promotional Video, I personally did not know about this Ozem JNF offer, now me like others who view this video will now purchase allot more Ozem hopefully the stores will have to restock! Also I think this Video should be shown to more Jewish communities, like this Ozem products will be sold even more.

This makes absolutely no sense. If Osem keeps a few cents to the Keren Kayemet, all companies producing in the Zionist state pay INCOME TAX and raise the economy of the Medinah. So is it kosher to boycott Osem more than the rest of the companies that operate there? I don’t get it…………

They definitely have a good shot; some of them were able to get it on from far back. Maybe someone should introduce them to basketball and a summer camp to keep them busy. Also it’s assur to dance during the three weeks, even if a flag is being burned, But then again it’s assur to put Jews in danger and they don’t care about that either.

Be careful with the lashon hara, but yes – these people are creating a public chillul Hashem and possibly even breaking the law. It’s disgusting. Where did they learn this indescribable hatred towards their fellow Yidden?

If you believe that the State of Israel is premature until the Messiah comes (may He come speedily in our days, amen), fine. But to BURN an Israeli product! THIS is what they devote their lives to. Disgusting!

I will start buying osem products and would encourage others to do so. There is
a non jewish shoe store in Montreal selling Israeli shoes. Arabs organized a boycott
and protest . This store has increased his buisness tenfold.

Why would they want to deprive shell-shocked children of a recreational center? Thousands of rockets have landed on Sederot in the last few years and many children are traumatized.

Why won’t these people just go away? Why must they continue to be an embarrassment to us?

To everyone in the NK: You do not represent Judaism AT ALL. You are an embarrassment to all of us who lead the Torah life you PRETEND to. You go through the motions but your hatred drives you, not Torah and certainly not H”. You are ba’aei gaivoh who are desperate for attention. You are desperate to satisfy your haughtiness that you risk Jewish lives to do it. That overwhelming need for media attention has emboldened our enemies and has helped bring violence and death to Jews. You were created with some degree of self-control, learn to exercise it.

If not, I beg of you, please move to Iran where you will warmly accepted.

Thank you from every normal yid in the world.

P.S.: I will GLADLY help pay your way if you’d be willing to pick up Yehuda Levin on your way out and take him with you! We would most definitely appreciate it.

I’m always looking to buy products produced or manufactured in Israel.
So thanks, Neturei Karta, for reminding me about Osem. I had forgotten they were from Israel, not Brooklyn-based. Didn’t they make my favorite aleph-bet soup when I was a kid?
Oh, and please do more of these protests so you can publicize more Israeli manufactured items for all of us to buy. I’m goin’ out to get myself a bottle of Carmel Wine just as soon as I finish writing this post.

Kol ha kavod for them standing up for what they hold as right and correct. If only everyone else would be so strong in the face of opposition. We have a lot to learn from this tiny group of Jews…
