The attorney representing Asher Dahan (42) said he had been diagnosed as being mentally ill and called the psychiatrists’ opinion “baffling.”
A panel of psychiatrists said Dahan suffered from “disorders,” but determined he was not mentally ill.
I don’t care what he is or he was!!!!! Of he was able to take a knife and kill a tzadik it’s enough to stand trial !
U r all funny! U all know that he is mantely capable to stand trail and that’s it
If he cannot stand trial it’s still a sakona to leave him on the street
This Asher Dahan was the exact same person who handled me violently, a few years earlier, when i was recieving a bracha from the Baba Elazar, and i started to asked something, when a heavy hand came down on my shoulder, and transported me to outside the door.
I was so angry inside myself, and i was even a little disappointed that the rav himself let it happen (unless maybe he didn’t realize).
You can believe me, i hoped he (Dahan) would get into trouble one day. But not that he would do something THAT bad!
But it seems my judgement was right, that he (Dahan) was not such a good man!!!!
