Brooklyn, NY – A collision sent an FDNY fire truck and an SUV onto the sidewalk in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.

The vehicles collided at the intersection of Marcy Avenue and Hewes Street just after 11 a.m.
The force of the collision sent the fire engine onto the sidewalk.
Three firefighters were hurt with minor injuries, A civilian was also hurt.
The FDNY said the call they were responding to turned out to be a false alarm.

I saw yesterday the other truck Ladder 119 (not involved in this MVA) turning very wild from Division to Berry So wild Almost flipping over.
A few pedestriens started running away for fear they gonna get hurt.

Some things just don’t change. In Williamsburg, fire engines have been racing to non existent fires at all hours of the day and night for at least 50 years now. Time to investigate this phenomenon.
#4 , #6 ,#8 – u could say whatever u want , my house your house, they r taake de bravest but they drive like maniacs chaiyes they don’t have any consideration , drivers not always see them or hear them for whatever reason , There is a protocol how to drive to an emergency and they don’t keep up to that, they r much faster, until es gelungt its ok but if there is an accident don’t blame de vehicle its the fire engine’s fault
