Poor officer, im sure he responded to the horrific scene where 5 humans including mother and infent were slashed to death with a kitchen knife and he was just not up to it, it happens often to first responders in any fashion, its sad

What a sad story. Do we have to use the word “cop” in this sort of article?

I felt like that too when I used to live in boropark. Something about the community I guess.

To clear the air, my comment about living in boropark has to do with a groups or groups of people who based on their psakim for maaros, nida doesn’t exist. Based on their eiruv psak Shabbos doesn’t exist. They have ‘heimishe hashgachos’ but have such low standards that kashrus doesn’t exist. All they do that qualifies them to be called ‘Chasidim’ is dressing like horse riders out of the eighteenth century, with pigtails of course. Trying to convince people that this bizarre display is authentic Judaism while obliviously pushing them out of the way with their overweight unwashed (no, the Mikva isn’t a shower) body trying to grab whatever it is their childish heart desires. That was it.

There is so much hate amongst yiddin. Its so sad. I don’t think ppl realize when you shukkel a lulav one item you use is the aravos which have no taam and no re’ach. The idea being we need to include ALL yidden. Even the ones we don’t like for whatever naarishe reason.

Wow. Sometimes a story doesn’t have to be about “us.”
A police officer committed suicide. That’s the tragedy.
It has *nothing* to do with living in a frum community, levels of observance, going OTD, etc.
