Brooklyn, NY – The office of outgoing Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes, is trying to demonstrate that he is not racist – and wants to turn to a special prosecutor to investigate a recently fired assistant DA for supposedly bigot e-mail correspondence between the DA and a former judge.

According to NYPOST.COM (http://goo.gl/ohiYue), Hynes’ officials are convinced that ex-Brooklyn prosecutor, Barbara Burke, stands behind a web-based message to the DA, coming from retired Judge Sol Wachtler where he used word “schwarze,”- a derogatory Yiddish term for an African-American person, which was related to DA-elect, Ken Thompson.
Prior to the election the e-mails ended up on the Web page BuzzFeed, which negatively impacted Hynes, and marked him as racially insensitive for being unable to resist to the bad label against Thompson, who is black.
Nevertheless, the research of e-mails, conducted by Hynes’ office, indicated that the messages were created by Burke, reports The Post.
Currently, Hynes’ office intends to request an external prosecutor, who is coming from Staten Island, to be hired in order to deeply examine the issue and potentially bring charges.
#Weiner #2 Hynes just doesn’t know when to stop…
Yup, thats the epitome of the pot calling the kettle “black”.
How else do you say black in Yiddish? Don’t bother to answer!!! the “s” word not a derogatory term at all. Its purely the true translation of the word black. Does that mean that the word black in another language is racial?
