The paper quoted law enforcement officials as saying federal prosecutors had begun work on a legal memo recommending no civil rights charges against the officer, Darren Wilson, after an FBI investigation found no evidence to support the charges against him.
It would close the case of 18-year-old Michael Brown, whose death in August led to months of nationwide protests and sparked a debate on police use of force.
So much for that
They came to the only logical conclusion. Its about time.
Does this mean more rioting???
The fact clearly show the Missouri killing was legal. They also sow the Missouri police are unable to handle a riot. On the other hand, the killing of the cigarette guy in New York was wrong. But the NYPD sure can handle a riot well.
So he was correct in shooting this sweet innocent young choir boy who was carrying cigars that he forgot to pay for?
