St. Paul, MN – The nation’s first elected Somali-American lawmaker says she was harassed and called “ISIS” by a taxicab driver in Washington, D.C.

Minnesota Rep.-elect Ilhan Omar detailed the incident on her Facebook page on Wednesday. She said the cab driver called her ISIS, lobbed sexist taunts and threatened to remove her hijab during a brief ride on Tuesday after a White House meeting on criminal justice reform. She did not provide information about the driver.
Omar, 33, says she is troubled by growing animosity toward Muslim people. Her campaign staff did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Omar immigrated to the United States after spending part of her childhood in a Kenyan refugee camp. She won a Minnesota House seat this fall and will be sworn into office Jan. 3.
One may sympathize with an innocent victim. But when she starts the PC rubbish about how Muslims are being victimized, I tune out. She is playing the script of the leftists who wish to protect Muslims without extending any such protection for any other minority or even victim. That nonsense must stop. Muslims world over do not condemn or do anything at all to stop terror. Until they do so, they are implicitly supporting it. And I have not a care in the world how many of them are victimized or how. If they need thicker skins, like most of us developed, then grow some. Stop whining at every taunt. Maturity should not be incompatible with being a minority.
Message to WIN, Please stop bringing us stories of Muslim whining, We Jews have this on a weekly basis and it’s not news. We are tired of this already.

I don’t commend these hate crimes as we are a nation of finer attributes. But bottom line is Islam is a nation of hate and blood. There is no other explanation as to how muslims can commit such despicable unheard of crimes like terror, kidnappings, beheadings in the modern day era other than their rotten religon. And yes its a minority but that minorty is too large. Secondly, I don’t believe its such a small minority that hates the west. How about go walking in Islamabad or Tehran and let me know how safe you feel. I personally got spit on many times in the arab shuk. Islam is a religon of hate finshed.
And let me just debunk the nazi analogy. No its not the same as Germany 1933. In Germany 1933 the hatred was out of bigotory racism and inferiroty. There was no rational reason for it. However, Muslim hatred is rationally based. Thats a huge difference.
