    North Korea leader Kim Jong Un said in a statement his country no longer needs to conduct nuclear tests or intercontinental ballistic missile tests because it has completed weaponizing nuclear arms, state media Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said.

    Hope you all realize the end of the article where this dope is saying why he is not testing any more ” because it has completed weaponizing nuclear arms ” this tells you they are not denuclearizing rather they completed what they wanted and now we will pay them not to go further. what a joke
