BROOKLYN (VINnews) – A five year old Jewish child was killed, and anotherone was seriously injured in an apparent tragic accident by the the van driver who had just dropped them off in front of School.

The incident happened in front of Yeshiva Ketana of Bensonhurst at 2025 67th St. at around 9 a.m.
Both children were taken to Maimonides Medical Center, where one of them was pronounced dead. The other one has been listed in critical condition.
The driver left the scene in a minivan, before eventually returning. According to reports, the vehicle that hit them was the vehicle that had dropped them off, with the driver unaware of what had occurred.
The driver returned to the scene after being contacted.
